RETURN AND REFUND

To provide you a worry free shopping experience, we offer you a No Questions Asked Return Policy. Within 7 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unused item in its original packaging with all bills,tags and labels in its original condition for a refund (excluding shipping costs).
Please contact Customer Support at support@aniqart.com before initiating Return with details including the Order Number and the reason for returning the product.
All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (e.g., shoes must be packed in the original shoe box and returned), and should not be damaged or tampered with.
Only size exchanges are allowed
Once the product is exchanged and is delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund will be applicable on that order
We do not accept exchange or return on several products categories such as perfumes, earrings and other accessories. ANIQART may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy would apply.
You can initiate a return on your orders using the website, upon which our courier partner will pick the ordered item back from your doorstep.
Pick up will be attempted twice. If the courier partner is unable to pick up the shipment, you will have to sent the shipment back to company address.
Reverse pick up is subject to availability of service in your area pin code

You can cancel your order anytime until your order is being dispatched from our distribution center. If you wish to cancel an order that is already been dispatched from our distribution center, a cancellation fee of 10% will be charged on your order amount.
Kindly allow 10 days for the return to process and the amount to be shown in your Bank Account / Original Payment Source(this includes conservative estimates of the time required for the return shipping, inspection at our returns facility, and processing from your bank or credit card company).
Please Note: Refund / Bank Transfer are only applicable for prepaid orders / online payments made on our website
Payments made with the COD option will receive a coupon code worth the same as your order value which will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
Shipping charges are non-refundable
In some cases where an international credit card has been used the Credit Card Issuing Company levies a transaction charge for any charge / refund issued. The applicable charge is decided by the issuing bank. Aniqart would refund only the amount charged for the product(s) in INR as displayed on the website. aniqart.com is not responsible for any charge levied by the credit card Issuing bank for the foreign transaction.

If a product ordered by you on aniqart.com is delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition, contact us within 48 hours for a replacement. The customer support team will validate the request by checking the timelines, product type, warranty terms, etc and shall take the request for refund or exchange. You are required to hand over the defective item in the same condition as delivered to you by our logistic partners and as intimated to you by our Customer Support representative.
Exchange/replacement or refund process will initiated after we have received and inspected returned product.

D.The refund/replacement shall be processed subject to the following terms:

Defective product – In case of a defective product, a replacement for the same product shall be provided to you. If a replacement item is not in stock, a refund will be initiated
Size issue – In case if you find an issue with the way the product fits, we will send an exchange for the same product with a size requested by you. If a replacement item is not in stock, a refund will be initiated as per our refund terms.

Note: Please do not accept the delivery of any item whose packaging is damaged or tampered in any manner.
